lodi464's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi464 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lodi464 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. lodi464 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside lodi464's reasonable control.
lodi464 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, lodi464 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
You may close your lodi464 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

If a dispute relates to the outcome of a game or a technical malfunction, lodi464's server logs and records shall be considered the primary source of evidence. lodi464's decision on game-related disputes, made in good faith and in accordance with applicable game rules, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
lodi464 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lodi464 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and will post the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the lodi464 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
